We want to know what games you're playing!
Update May 1: In this week's roundup, we take a look back at two wildly popular Gameloft games which we're still playing years after their release: Asphalt 8: Airborne and Modern Combat 5.
What games are you playing on your Android phones or tablets? We want to know!
We've started a thread in the AC Forums as a place to share your opinions on games you think more people should be playing. Look out for posts by me (Marc Lagace) and say hello! You can also comment below!

Asphalt 8: Airborne
Asphalt 8 has been in the Google Play store since 2013, earning widespread praise as one of, if not the, best racing games for mobile devices. Several commenters have mentioned it as a game they still regularly enjoy playing. If you've never played it before it's fairly similar to the Burnout series on consoles — featuring fast cars, copious amounts of nitro, and epic crashes as you dodge traffic through 400+ career events and an endless stream of single-player content.
Besides the amazing graphics and fast-paced action, part of the reason why Asphalt 8 has remained such a favorite amongst fans is due to Gameloft's commitment to providing frequent updates and adding new features to the game. The latest update to Asphalt 8 added a new Car Assembly feature for unlocking new rides, along with a slew of new cars and events.
If you love to go racing (and are willing to dedicate 2GB of your phone's storage to the game), Asphalt 8 is worth checking out. It's free to play, but there are in-app purchases available which are really tempting when you're eyeing up your dream car but can't quite afford it.
Modern Combat 5
Modern Combat is the premiere first-person shooter franchise for Android, with the fifth edition currently holding things down with a full solo campaign mode and outstanding multiplayer. Despite being nearly three years old at this point, Gameloft continues to add new content. Their latest update included a new map and game mode for multiplayer. Gameloft's commitment to building out the online multiplayer side of the game has spawned a new eSport. That's right! If you and your friends think you have the right stuff, you're able to enter Modern Combat tournaments and competitive ladder leagues via ESL Gaming. Of course if you're new the game, unlocking all the different classes and weapons might be a bit hard (not to mention expensive if you rely on in-app purchases).
If you really love the multiplayer action in this game, you'll want to be keeping an eye out for more information on Modern Combat Versus, the next game in the series which, as the name implies, will be multiplayer focused and is currently being soft launched in the Philippines. For those who want nothing more than fast-paced multiplayer action, Gameloft has listened and will deliver the new generation of awesome FPS fun in the near future!
